Job description

One of our clients is hiring for a Loader Operator to support roving operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role involves operating front-end loaders, performing basic maintenance, and supporting site operations to ensure efficient material handling and site upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders to transport and load bulk materials onto trucks
• Control equipment functions including lifting, tilting, and dumping material safely
• Perform daily operational assignments as directed by supervisors or foremen
• Conduct routine maintenance including fueling, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment
• Maintain safe and efficient operations across multiple job sites in the DFW region
• Ensure proper communication with supervisors and customers when required
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report issues promptly
• Support general site housekeeping and operational tasks as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant equipment operation or related experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on safety and efficiency
• Basic understanding of construction materials and site operations preferred
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
