Job summary

D R ALLEN & SON INC is seeking a Cement Terminal Operator in Fayetteville, AR to perform material handling on railcars and tankers, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. You will log railcar movements and inventory in SAP, coordinate with the trainmaster, and support smooth terminal operations.

This hands-on role requires a valid NC driver license, the ability to work varied shifts, and strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Valid NC Driver License with clean record.
• Able to operate automated equipment and perform maintenance.
• Work independently with minimal directions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to performance expectations and production output requirements.
• Maintain safety by using PPE and addressing safety issues.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment and facilities (forklift, Trackmobile, loader, tanker loading, railcar unloading, dust control).
• Schedule railcars with the trainmaster and log activities; use SAP for railcar and inventory records.
• Be a collaborative team member and cover other duties as assigned.
