Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Terminal Operator to safely manage cement distribution at a North American terminal. You will operate bulk trucks and railcar handling, maintain equipment, and ensure health and safety standards are met across all tasks.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and adherence to environmental and safety policies in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. Training is provided, with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain terminal equipment safely.
• Load bulk trucks with correct weights and product.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Record receipts, shipments and inventory accurately.
• Unloading railcars and transferring product to silos; sampling and testing as needed.
• Work in heights or confined spaces and lift up to 50 lb as required.
