Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company, part of CRH, is hiring a Terminal Operator I in Duluth, MN. You will complete daily loading, unloading, administration and safety requirements on site and help maintain 5S standards.

This full-time role offers a 7:00 am–3:00 pm weekday shift with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement and more. Prior experience 1–2 years preferred, safety-minded and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Must be safety aware and able to adhere to company safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily loading, unloading, administration and safety requirements on site.
• Engage in site maintenance and 5S improvements.
• Interact with customers to ensure a solid on-site experience.
• Follow all plant safety guidelines and safety program.
