Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; business/ops coursework is a plus.
• 3–5 years in industrial or asset-intensive operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Progressive leadership responsibility with safety-focused supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch, rail coordination, and workflow management.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Strong communication with employees, contractors, drivers, customers, and management.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and adapt in a dynamic operating environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Safe, compliant operation of a multi-shift cement terminal.
• Railcar unloading and truck loading coordination.
• Maintain equipment reliability and site upkeep; manage maintenance.
• Oversee inventory control and cost discipline.
• Lead and develop terminal team; manage performance and staffing.
