Titan America LLC is seeking Terminal Operators to support safe, reliable operation of our Richmond cement terminal. Roles are structured with multiple skill and pay tiers, enabling entry-level development while recognizing experienced operators for higher-level skills.

Core duties include loading/unloading trucks and railcars, operating forklifts and mobile equipment, and routine inspections. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a clear path for progression across tier levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Preferred: terminal/plant/rail experience; forklift or heavy equipment operation; welding or mechanical maintenance; OSHA 10/30 or safety certs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tanker trucks and railcars safely.
• Operate forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and other mobile equipment.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized terminal conditions.
• Communicate effectively with terminal personnel.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
• Repair and maintain compressors, pumps, blowers, and conveyors.
