Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Yard Supervisor to direct yard workers and coordinate plant logistics, materials unloading and safety programs at our St-Constant plant. You will lead planning, housekeeping, reporting, and shift supervision to meet production goals while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory experience in cement-like or heavy industry, proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and bilingual English/French communication.

Qualifications

• College Diploma (DEC) required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in cement manufacturing or similar.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Bilingual English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate yard workers and contractor activities.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise yard operations with production, mechanical, electrical and maintenance teams.
• Lead housekeeping, safety programs, and environmental compliance.
• Provide reports on materials consumption, tools, and labor hours to management.
• Recruit and develop hourly staff; oversee training plans and onboarding.
• Supervise shift personnel and ensure adequate resources for daily operations.
