Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor at our Portland Cement Plant CO. The role oversees 12 direct reports on nights and 9 on days, with a 2-3-2 rotation and 12-hour shifts. You will help maintain safety, ensure product quality, and drive cost-conscious production.

You will work with the SAP system, coordinate with quality and lab teams, and lead safety initiatives while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab staff.
• Ensure quality and environmental ISO standards are met.
• Use SAP to issue work and material requisitions and time entry.
• Monitor costs and seek ways to reduce operating expenses.
• Maintain good housekeeping and rotate shifts as required.
