Mountain Cement Company, a subsidiary of Eagle Materials, is hiring a Utility Operator to help bring the newest cement plant in the United States to life. You will oversee daily operations of all machinery and maintain a safe, efficient production area.

This role requires a high school diploma and a strong mechanical aptitude, with preference for experience in an industrial setting. You’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in an industrial environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily plant machinery and maintain housekeeping to support production.
• Address issues with equipment and report to supervisor.
• Follow MSHA safety and company policies.
• Perform minor repairs and routine inspections as directed.

Education
