Qualifications

• Experience in cement plant or heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read tape measures and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, forklifts, Bobcats, and sweepers.
• Load, transport, and stack raw materials using reclaimers and loaders.
• Train as a Production Assistant and assist with unloading and raw material prep.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and safety, follow PPE protocols and safety rules.
