Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in SC. You will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance, and support ISO standards while driving efficiency and cost control.

Responsibilities include supervising process and hourly staff, coordinating with lab technicians, reviewing lab results, using SAP for work orders and time entry, and enforcing housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; manufacturing field preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing operation experience.
• Strong knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques; proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of processes via control system and visual observations.
• Supervise process and hourly staff; coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure ISO quality and environmental standards are met.
• Review laboratory results and ensure product quality; take corrective actions as needed.
• Use SAP to issue work orders, time entry and related system tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping and monitor costs to align with budget.
• Work rotating shifts and perform other duties as assigned.
