Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Planner II, CEM at our Holly Hill Cement Plant in South Carolina to drive complex maintenance projects and improve reliability. You will create detailed job plans with specs, materials, tools, and safety procedures, coordinating with teams to ensure readiness before scheduling.

The role emphasizes MMS-based planning (MAC/SAP), master data accuracy, budgeting, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience; or 8 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 5 years.
• Travel Requirements: 10%.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex and larger-scale maintenance plans in the Amrize MMS (MAC/SAP).
• Maintain maintenance master data: part numbers, BOMs, work order history, etc.
• Ensure equipment maintenance strategy is realized in daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Add pertinent information to work orders to define the scope and prep work.
• Determine costs for parts and supplies and forecast to management.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehousing for nonstock parts.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for maintenance spending.
• Promote safety policies across all work environments.
