The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in thermodynamics and automation systems are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial experience preferred; heavy industry or cement experience a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations at federal and state levels.
• Effective communication skills with regulators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze plant operations to optimize process performance.
• Drive optimization initiatives with quality, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Assist in implementing process control strategies and automation improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and performance summaries for optimization projects.
• Train operators on process understanding and data interpretation.
