• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Inspection Program.
• Administer preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate vibration, oil analyses, non-destructive testing, infrared, and other detection activities.
• Conduct reliability studies and propose cost-effective improvements.
• Lead lubrication strategy improvements to maximize equipment life.
• Support on-call coverage evenings and weekends.
