Amrize is seeking a Laborer for its Theodore, AL cement plant. The role involves multi-skilled duties focused on cleaning, inspections, and operating mobile equipment to support site operations.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a safety-minded attitude. Manufacturing experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Adherence to PPE and safety protocols is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High degree of safety awareness is required.
• Basic understanding of cement manufacturing process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Perform inspections and checklists on work areas.
• Operate small to mid-sized mobile equipment (skid steer, sweeper, water truck, vac-truck, etc.).
• Fill in vacancies within different areas of the plant.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies and promote a culture of safety.
