Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Laborer for its Theodore, AL facility. The role involves cleaning, inspections, operating small to mid-size equipment, and filling in various plant areas to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; follow all safety PPE requirements and pass fit tests where respirators are used.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Perform inspections and checklists on work areas.
• Operate various small to mid-size mobile equipment (skid steer, sweeper, water truck, vac-truck).
• Fill in vacancies within different areas of the plant.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.
