Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Cement Plant Administrator to support daily operations and administrative coordination in a heavy industrial cement plant.

You will manage payroll, overtime processes, production reporting, and AP issue resolution while handling records for plant leadership, HR, and other departments. The role emphasizes organization, system proficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating payroll, scheduling, and timecards.
• Familiarity with Basware, UKG, and SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly payroll and employee scheduling in UKG.
• Track overtime and document outreach per union agreement.
• Enter daily production data and run SAP reports.
• Assist with invoice and AP issues to keep payments moving.
• Provide admin support to plant leadership, HR, and other departments.
• Use UKG/Kronos, SAP, Basware, and MS Office to manage priorities.
