Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in cement manufacturing operations, including leading a cement plant or major production area.
• Deep knowledge of cement production processes, kiln operations, clinker manufacturing, maintenance reliability, and process optimization.
• Experience delivering safety, production, quality, cost control, and environmental compliance in a heavy industrial environment.
• Proven success developing teams, building organizational capability, and leading through change.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; 10+ years of leadership in cement manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a large-scale cement manufacturing operation with strategic and operational oversight.
• Drive world-class performance in cement production, kiln reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of quarry, raw mill, kiln, cooler, finish mill, and packing operations; foster continuous improvement.
• Develop, coach and mentor salaried and hourly employees to build a high-performance culture.
• Champion safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring MSHA/OSHA/EPA compliance and environmental permits.
