Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and activities of the assigned laboratory.
• Train field personnel on laboratory procedures, testing standards, and best practices.
• Manage laboratory and field supply inventories to support operational needs.
• Support and promote research and development initiatives along with the Chemistry Innovation Center.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory processes.
• Ensure laboratory activities are conducted with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Promote a strong safety culture by participating in safety meetings, hazard identification, and ensuring adherence to Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Identify and report unsafe acts, hazards, or conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
