Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Lab Technician I-III to support field operations by conducting tests on cement, fluids, and oilfield chemicals. You will ensure accurate results, proper documentation, and compliant reporting for internal use and client deliverables.

The role requires 2–3 years of lab experience with sensitive instruments, strong data integrity, and proficiency with MS Office. Laboratory safety and inventory management are essential, with potential extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of laboratory experience using sensitive instruments and testing procedures.
• Attention to data accuracy and ability to document test results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests on cement, water, and oilfield chemicals using standardized procedures.
• Operate lab equipment such as cement consistometers, rheometers, ovens, and water baths.
• Record test data, calculations, and observations in lab notebooks and databases.
• Create plots and visuals from test data for client reports.
• Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and inventory; calibrate instruments as needed.
• Prepare client-ready reports with data and observations.
