Job summary

Cemex USA offers a Cement Internship Development Program (IDP) for current college students. This 10-week, on-site internship across Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management provides hands-on experience and exposure to end-to-end cement operations.

Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields with junior year standing.
• Academic Performance: GPA 2.5+; preference for GPA 3.0+.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Strong analytical and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Candidates with up to 2 years in heavy/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Team Collaboration: Enjoyment of independent work and teamwork.
