Cemex US offers a 10-week Cement Internship Development Program for current college students, starting in May, on-site in Florida. You will gain hands-on exposure across Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

You will work with mentors on real projects, develop technical and soft skills, present outcomes to leadership, and build a professional network while contributing to safety and continuous

Qualifications

Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
GPA of 2.5 or above, preference for 3.0+.
Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Engage in safety-first internship activities and promote safety.
Participate in project-based experiences across cement operations.
Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and learning opportunities.
Present project outcomes to leadership and refine presentation skills.
