Job summary

Cemex USA offers a 10-week Cement Internship Development Program for current college students. The rotation covers Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to present project outcomes to our leadership, with a 40-hour work week on-site in New Braunfels, TX.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Mining/Materials Science Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing.
• A GPA of 2.5+ (preference for 3.0+).
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
