Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, have telecommunications experience, and be registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Telecommunications and Cellular Communications standards.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
