Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in Telecommunications and Cellular Communications standards.
- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
- Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
- Advise litigation teams based on technical expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
