BCG Attorney Search seeks a Technology Specialist in Cellular for its Atlanta, GA office. The role supports the Intellectual Property practice, drafting patent applications and communicating with the patent office while guiding litigation teams with deep technical insights.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/EE degree, has 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, excellent writing skills, and USPTO registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
• Experience in Telecommunications and Cellular Communications standards.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications, including descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with the patent office regarding pending applications.
• Advise litigation teams based on technical expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.
