Job Description

The Cellular TechnicalInstructor’s primary role is to conduct classroom, vehicle, andscenario-based training for the different cellular technologies . The instructor’s responsibilities primarilyinclude all aspects of instruction and the learning experience ofstudents.Additionally, the instructor may also function concurrently asthe program coordinator or as acontent-creator/curriculum-developer.Instructors will collaborate withfaculty, staff, students, and clients to design, develop, deliver, evaluate,and modify courses.ETS Instructors will also provide on-going support toother instructors, as well as to students both past and present. Instructors should expect to provide a learning experience via online, hybrid,and traditional delivery methods.Instructors should have a generalunderstanding of academic goals and pedagogy, as well as promote the awarenessof new learning opportunities available to clients through ETS. Instructorscan expect to travel 25% of the time annually.

Requirements

• 4+ years’experience working in a military Signals Intelligence focused MOS or relevantequivalent experience
• Must possess the ability to provide instruction on radio frequency theory, antenna theory, and field expedientantenna construction
• Must possess the ability to provide instructionon cellular communication technology theory such as GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, and 5GNR
• Experience conducting tactical SIGINT operations
• Must have prior working knowledge of SIGINTtechnical collection, exploitation, and geolocation to include the targetingprocess
• Proficient with the Windows 7/10 OS and MicrosoftOffice products
• Experience preparing and delivering classroominstruction
• Ability to rapidly learn how to use new softwareand equipment
• Active TS Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree inElectrical Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, InformationTechnology or a closely related field
• Basic InstructorCertification; TRADOC or equivalent Basic Instructor Training Course
• Minimum of four (4)years of experience working tactical SIGINT support in a SOF environment
• Experience with Electronic Warfare Support,Electronic Attack, and Electronic Protection
• Must be able to work independently, take initiative and set priorities with multiple projects
