Job summary

FYI - For Your Information, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Communications Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver hands-on training and curriculum for adult learners.

The role requires experience with courseware, manuals, and instructor-led delivery, and will serve as the primary customer liaison for customized training solutions. Ideal candidates hold a CompTIA Security+ and a current TS/SCI clearance with PSD eligibility, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military training.

Qualifications

• Experience developing courseware, writing training materials, delivering training, and setting up and maintaining a computer training environment.
• Experience writing training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manuals.
• Ability to design and produce training tools, such as printable job aids and quick reference guides.
• Ability to deliver instructor-led training.
• Ability to serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation.
• Ability to encourage classroom participation and facilitate change management for target audience.
• Familiarity with instructional design models such as ADDIE or Agile.
• Ability to apply customer needs/business knowledge to ensure client satisfaction of delivery outcomes.
• Ability to instruct adult learners on wireless networks, mobile radio and satellite systems, and other telecommunications equipment.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience writing training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manuals.

• Ability to serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation.

• Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIE or Agile design.
• Ability to learn and apply customer needs/business knowledge to ensure client satisfaction of delivery outcomes.
• Ability to instruct adult learners on wireless networks, mobile radio and satellite systems, and other telecommunications equipment.

Qualifications

• CompTIA Certification Security+
• Knowledge and skills as a Mobile Communication Technician (MCT)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher + 2 years of experience; or 5+ years of military/business training experience.
• Possess a current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Presidential Support Duty (PSD) designation.
