Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; 6+ years in regulated environments, cellular or gene therapy.
• Experience with cell-based bioassays, flow cytometry, and molecular techniques.
• Preferred: advanced degree, experience with viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus), and cGMP compliance.
• HighValue: cellular/gene therapy, viral vectors, QC analytical methods, cGMP, regulatory compliance, FDA/EMA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experimental work and support method investigations.
• Analyze data and develop/optimize assays; assist in transfer and validation per regulatory standards.
• May lead projects, author technical documents, and support regulatory submissions.
