Job Summary

Cellipont Bioservices is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Program Manager who believes in the potential of bridging client’s discoveries to patient cures and who wants to challenge the status quo and take Cellipont and its clients to the next level. The Senior Program Manager will lead multiple client Process Development and GMP Manufacturing projects, manage the client contract, and use organizational, collaboration, influencing and leadership skills to initiate, plan, execute and monitor client projects. The role requires strong cross‑functional teamwork, leadership, and the ability to deliver results efficiently while meeting client expectations.

Role
  • Delivers on assigned program objectives within agreed time, budget, scope, and quality.
  • Applies sound project management practices to assigned projects.
  • Prioritizes tasks and balances multiple, changing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Manages cross‑functional project teams and overall project plans and schedules.
  • Maintains open, collaborative, solution‑focused communication with clients and provides periodic updates and progress reports.
  • Leads with confidence, identifies gaps, and helps create and implement processes.
  • Monitors progress to ensure on‑time milestones and budget completion while ensuring high quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoots problems with minimal assistance.
  • Seeks and promotes innovative solutions or approaches to problem solving as new information or requirements evolve.
  • Collaborates with other program managers and serves as a program management resource for all employees.
  • Develops project management competencies across the company and strengthens Program Management support capabilities.
  • Drives programs and overcomes obstacles with minimal supervision.
  • Has a clear understanding of program management processes.
  • Demonstrates leadership capacity and development potential.
  • Leads cross‑functional teams without direct authority and fosters collaborative partnerships internally and externally.
  • Builds relationships at many organizational levels, resolves conflict effectively, and follows through on commitments.
Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (minimum required).
  • 5+ years in CDMO and GMP environment.
  • 2+ years in Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of internal team and external clients.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with accountability without authority.
  • Flexibility to learn new technology and support various types of clients.
  • Ability to adapt within evolving corporate and program management organizations.
  • Strong customer service experience and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker, problem solver, and conflict resolver.
  • Multi‑tasking ability while managing issues and guiding others.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and sound judgment to assess and address different situations.
