Made Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end management of complex customer and enterprise programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or CDMO industry with program or project management responsibility.
• Experience independently leading complex cross-functional customer programs in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting customer programs across development, technology transfer, clinical manufacturing, testing, and/or product release.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs, priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong understanding of CDMO business models, client relationships, revenue recognition, and program financial management.
• Financial acumen with experience managing program budgets, forecasts, revenue projections, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility customer and enterprise programs from initiation through completion, aligned with contracts, objectives, timelines, quality, and financials.
• Serve as senior day-to-day client contact, partnering with Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance and others.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure execution against commitments.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation/contingency strategies; escalate significant risks to leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, and client presentations.
• Oversee program financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Partner with Finance to forecast revenue and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Translate contractual scope into executable plans and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate subcontractor Statements of Work and deliverables as required.
• Support new business opportunities through proposal development and feasibility assessments.
• Develop and improve PMO tools, governance, and reporting processes.
• Lead enterprise initiatives to improve execution, efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
