Job summary

Made Scientific is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex cell therapy CDMO projects in New Jersey. You will own schedules, budgets, and client communications, driving cross-functional execution and risk mitigation across customer and enterprise programs.

The PgM will advance the PMO vision by implementing best practices and scalable tools, partnering with Sales & BD and site leadership for successful delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in pharma/biotech, with CDMO exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning from initiation through closure.
• Manage project budgets and forecast revenue.
• Maintain schedules and critical-path analyses.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive change management and process improvements.
• Coordinate subcontractor Statements of Work.
• Prepare program reviews for leadership.
