Kelly is seeking a Cell Therapy Specialist to serve as the primary contact for treatment sites, supporting the end-to-end order management from therapy request through delivery, leveraging customer service, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 3 years in healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete therapy ordering process for assigned treatment sites.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for questions regarding ordering, logistics, and delivery.
• Resolve complex order issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Proactively monitor orders and communicate potential risks or delays to treatment sites.
• Partner with internal teams across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, IT, patient services, and medical affairs.
• Assist with onboarding and certification support for new treatment sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Deliver a high-touch, professional, and empathetic customer experience throughout the therapy journey.
