The Specialist, Manufacturing Technical Development leads the site Manufacturing Training Program, trains staff, and ensures compliant training solutions are delivered in a GMP environment.

The role includes developing course content, conducting ILT/OJT sessions, administering documentation, and collaborating with management to address production demands while upholding BMS values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemical/Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in a cGMP-regulated biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience with cell therapy manufacturing processes and GMP.
• 2+ years designing, developing, implementing and delivering training programs.

Mansioni

• Implements training programs that meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Develops and administers training solutions and SOPs.
• Conducts ILT and OJT sessions for cleanroom operators.
• Maintains training documentation and records.
