OrganaBio, LLC, via its Excellos Labs, located in Downtown San Diego, is hiring a Manufacturing Associate II, Cell Therapy to perform GMP aseptic cell culture activities including media preparation, cell thaws, expansions, harvesting, and cryopreservation in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires following Batch Production Records and SOPs, maintaining supplies and equipment, assisting with testing and distribution, and documenting deviations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cell biology or related field with 1+ years industry experience
• Associate degree in related area and/or a Biotech Program certificate with 2+ years industry experience
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and GMPs

Responsabilités

• Perform GMP aseptic cell culture activities including media preparation, cell thaws, expansions, harvesting, and cryopreservation
• Follow Batch Production Records, SOPs, and work instructions
• Maintain supplies, equipment, testing, storage and distribution of product
• Document deviations and communicate with management
• Operate and support equipment used in daily manufacturing
