Job summary

OrganaBio seeks a Manufacturing Associate II, Cell Therapy to perform GMP aseptic cell culture activities including media preparation, cell thaws, cell expansion, cell harvesting, and cryopreservation using standard cell culture technologies in a cleanroom environment.

The Associate will follow Batch Production Records, SOPs, and work instructions in manufacturing spaces and maintain critical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and GMP.
• Proficient in standard cell culture methods and cell counting.
• Ability to work in a GMP cleanroom and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic cell culture tasks including thawing, passaging and harvesting.
• Document tasks and deviations; maintain production records and spreadsheets.
• Operate equipment, prepare samples, and support cryopreservation.
• Assist in training new staff and updating SOPs/BPRs as needed.
• Ensure quality control and participate in safety and equipment maintenance.
