Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, project management support, supply chain, quality, or related function.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication, meeting documentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring launch governance meetings, execution meetings, portfolio reviews, and team operating forums.
• Prepare meeting agendas, collect and organize pre-read materials, and distribute meeting communications.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Launch and Lifecycle Management Excellence team including documentation and distribution of meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support maintenance of launch plans, milestones, deliverables, and status information in SmartLaunch.
• Review SmartLaunch records and trackers for completeness, consistency, timeliness, and data quality; identify gaps and elevate issues.
