Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in biological science or related field.
• Basic hematology knowledge.

• Scientific writing for SOPs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Process cellular products per SOP and clinical-trial guidance using aseptic technique.
• Perform quality control testing like automated nucleated cell counts and flow cytometry.
• Document steps, generate processing reports, and maintain patient/donor charts.
• Stay current with SOPs and provide input on documentation and process improvements.
• Thaw cryopreserved components and assist with patient bedside infusion.
• Meet URD component couriers and perform testing and processing before release.
• Assist with bone marrow collection in operating rooms.
• Perform clinical-trials processing (CliniMACS CD34/CD3, CAR-T processing).
