Qualifications

• 1+ year of cell therapy or related experience.
• Strong documentation skills and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Working with minimal supervision, perform cellular product processing using multiple processing, cell culture, and separation techniques.
• Complete qualitative and quantitative assays on cell therapy products including flow cytometry, qPCR and ELISA.
• Comply with SOPs and regulatory standards (cGMP/cGTP, FACT, CAP, AABB).
• Identify problems that may affect product testing and follow procedures when out of criteria.
• Handle fresh and frozen cellular products for shipment and infusion.
• Maintain aseptic technique and work in a clean room environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
