Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a CTL Coordinator to support cellular therapy operations across the CTL site. You will handle scheduling, data entry, and cross-functional communication with clinical and QA teams to ensure accurate processing and on-time results.

You will interact with physicians, nurses, and lab staff, maintaining schedules and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while upholding regulatory standards and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.
• Gather and disseminate information with external entities and report clinical results.
• Incorporate physician orders into the processing schedule and identify needed resources.
• Report issues to supervisors and maintain schedules.
• Populate daily and weekly schedules with real-time updates.
• Data entry for metrics and quality dashboards.
• Schedule adult bone marrow harvests.
• Create/Revise standard operating procedures.
• Participate in laboratory improvement projects.
• Elevate urgent matters to CTL Leadership.
