Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Cell Therapy Account Management Specialist to support the launch of its autoimmune cell therapy program. You will lead commercial strategy and drive adoption across designated centers and referral networks in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast, coordinating with neurology and immunology experts.

You will build account plans, map patient referral pathways, and work cross-functionally to readiness and access, while maintaining compliance and patient focus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales/commercial experience.
• Experience with autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology or cell therapy.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of patient journey, access, and referral processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver against defined sales, account, and performance objectives with patient focus.
• Own the commercial strategy, performance, and execution for assigned centers.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient identification, referral, and treatment.
• Analyze account dynamics, referral patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Build knowledge of autoimmune disease, cell therapy, and Kyverna's value proposition.
• Build relationships with neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy experts and other specialties.
• Navigate academic medical centers, IDNs, and referral networks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address barriers in patient journey.
• Serve as a commercial resource for assigned accounts and map referral pathways.
