Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics seeks an experienced VP, Marketing to lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy for its CAR-T portfolio across autoimmune indications. This role will shape launch planning, brand positioning, customer strategy and lifecycle expansion while partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Market Access.

The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving omnichannel engagement with HCPs and patients as the company

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical commercial/marketing roles, including specialty/rare disease and complex therapeutic markets.
• Led at least one successful US product launch from pre-launch through commercialization.
• Experience building multi-indication lifecycle strategies and leading marketing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial marketing strategy for CAR-T portfolio across indications.
• Develop and lead marketing strategy, launch objectives, brand positioning, messaging and channel strategy.
• Translate clinical data and market insights into actionable marketing plans for HCPs and patients.
• Establish launch metrics and post-launch strategies to accelerate adoption and lifecycle expansion.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Sales to align strategies.
