Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Management Specialist to lead commercial strategy and drive adoption across designated centers and referral networks in autoimmune disease.

You will own account plans, build relationships with neurology and immunology stakeholders, and collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Operations to ensure readiness for cell therapy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience.
• Experience in autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare disease, or cell therapy.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Launch experience in a specialty, rare disease, autoimmune, or cell therapy environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and execution for assigned treatment centers and referral networks.
• Develop and implement account plans aligned with national and regional priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient identification, referral, and treatment.
• Analyze account dynamics, referral patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities and barriers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address barriers across the patient journey.
