Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex healthcare sales/commercial experience.
• Experience with autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, rare disease, or cell therapy.

Aufgaben

• Deliver against defined sales, account, and performance objectives while maintaining compliance and patient focus.
• Own the commercial strategy, performance, and execution for assigned treatment centers and referral networks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive, account-specific business plans aligned with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient identification, referral, and treatment within accounts.
• Analyze account dynamics, referral patterns, patient flows, and market trends to identify opportunities and barriers.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy, and related specialties.
