Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a Cellular Therapy Collections Manager in Nashville. This full-time leadership role supervises recruitment and collection operations within the cell therapy department, coordinating daily activity, staffing, equipment, and procedures to support clinical and research collections.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with vendors, regulators, and research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
• TN RN license with ability to license in surrounding states.
• At least 3 years nursing and 1 year supervisory experience; apheresis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and department collection activities to meet annual goals.
• Write and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing capital expenditure requests and budgets.
• Participate in management and operational projects.
• Evaluate client requests for feasibility with the Senior VP of Technical Services.
• Oversee scheduling, mentoring, and development of nursing and service teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, regulators, and research teams on collections.
