Job summary

Blood Assurance in Nashville, TN is seeking a Cellular Therapy Collections Manager to lead clinical leukapheresis collections, research collections, and whole blood sampling efforts. You will supervise staff, coordinate equipment, and drive daily operations to meet collection goals.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent and TN RN licensure, with 3+ years nursing and 1+ year supervisory experience; apheresis experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee with ability to license in surrounding states.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years nursing with at least one year supervisory experience; one year apheresis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of staffing and department collection activities to meet annual goals.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in capital expenditure requests and budgets.
• Engage in management and operational projects.
• Collaborate with VP to assess feasibility of client collection requests.
• Oversee scheduling, mentoring, and development of nursing/service teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, regulators, and research teams for collection activities.
