Job summary

Kite Pharma seeks a Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) in Minneapolis to lead commercial strategy for designated ATCs and referral networks, driving demand and adoption of CAR T therapies through education and collaboration.

You will own account performance, build relationships with physicians and administrators, navigate academic networks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious sales goals while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 2+ years of rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex account experience - OR
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex account experience - OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of rare disease, Hematology/Oncology, or complex account experience

Responsibilities

• Own overall performance, strategy, and execution for assigned ATCs and referral networks
• Drive patient identification, referral, and therapy adoption through compliant education
• Differentiate Kite CAR T therapies versus alternatives using approved messaging
• Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans aligned with regional and national priorities
• Deliver against defined sales goals, KPIs, and growth objectives
• Build trusted relationships with treating physicians, referrers, transplant teams, administrators, and key influencers
• Navigate academic networks to align priorities and remove barriers to care
• Lead cross-functional engagement to support class and brand growth
• Represent Kite at scientific congresses and peer educational forums
• Identify and optimize patient referral pathways within hematology/oncology networks
• Partner with cross functional peers on patient access and reimbursement education
• Support ATC readiness and CAR T process familiarity to enable demand generation
• Act as quarterback across Medical, Market Access, Operations, and ATC Onboarding teams
• Provide timely insights on account trends and competitive dynamics
• Influence resource prioritization to address account needs
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies
