Job summary

Kyverna Therapeutics seeks a seasoned Cell Therapy Account Management Specialist to lead commercial efforts for designated centers and referral networks across the United States. You will drive demand, implement strategic account plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and adoption of Kyverna's cell therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech or complex healthcare sales experience
• Experience in autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, immunology, or cell therapy
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver against defined sales, account, and performance objectives with patient focus and compliance
• Own commercial strategy, performance, and execution for assigned treatment centers and referral networks
• Develop account-specific business plans aligned with national/regional priorities
• Identify opportunities to increase patient identification, referral, and treatment
• Analyze account dynamics, referral patterns, patient flows, and market trends
• Build relationships with stakeholders across neurology, Hem/Onc cell therapy, and related specialties
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address barriers in patient journey
• Support readiness for cell therapy at treatment centers and referral networks
• Travel within assigned territory and nationally as needed
