Verizon is hiring a Cell Site Technician to join an on-site, 24x7 Operations environment. You will perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems, driving improvements in coverage and reliability while handling tickets and coordinating with engineers.

Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license. The role requires willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and an Associate degree or 2+ years of related

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of work experience required.
• Three+ years relevant experience demonstrated via work or military.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems to identify availability and performance.
• Evaluate network coverage, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Perform triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
• Generate, drive, and update problem-tracking tickets across systems and improve practices.
• Escalate issues to appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
