LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. in Holland, MI seeks a Cell QA Inspector I to operate on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will use equipment and computerized systems to inspect and process lithium-ion battery cells, disassemble suspect items, fill reports, and escalate results as needed.

Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, troubleshooting, basic equipment maintenance, and packaging qualifying products for shipment, while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 1–3+ years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality standards are followed on the production line.
• Check product and process quality to specifications.
• Monitor data from measuring devices and report issues.
• Work with teams to ensure safety standards are observed.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Create work orders or instructions as required.
• Engage in troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain cleanliness per 5S3R standards.
